Each candidate goes through a rigorous, multi-step screening process where we ensure the candidate has the experience and skills you need.
Unlike other search firms, our screening requires potential candidates to interview with a data science manager before we present the candidate to you. In fact, our process is so thorough that typically less than 1% of the candidates we screen make the short list for any given position.
